How to manage multiple Evernote accounts with Shift
Evernote on Mac and Windows can support up to 5 different accounts at a time. That said, at least one of the accounts needs to be Premium or Business. On the other hand, using the Evernote app in Shift means you can manage multiple free accounts across your Mac, Windows or Linux devices.
1. Click Add Application [+]
2. Search for Evernote
3. Log in using your account
4. Repeat these steps for as many accounts as you want
Multiple Evernote accounts without Shift
Don't have Shift yet? There is another way to login to multiple Evernote accounts; However, this method requires at least one paid—Premium or Business—Evernote account.
Windows
1. On the menu bar, click File > Add Another User
2. Input the sign in information for your second account
To switch between accounts, you will need to do is go to "File" and then select the account you want to use.
Mac
1. On the menu bar, click Evernote > Add Another Account
2. Sign in to your alternate account
To switch between accounts on Mac, click the drop-down arrow next to your name and select the account you want to use.
