About Natasha
Natasha is a Customer Support Specialist at Shift, where she helps users navigate the browser, troubleshoot issues, and get more out of their everyday workflows. Working closely with customers gives her a front-row view into how people actually use Shift, and she regularly helps surface feedback, trends, and opportunities that can inform product improvements.
She’s especially interested in understanding how people use technology, where they get stuck, and how customer feedback can help shape better, more intuitive product experiences.
Outside of work, Natasha lives on Vancouver Island, where she spends her time experimenting with sourdough, gardening, exploring local markets, and hanging out with her dog.
