About Gustavo
Gustavo is a Senior Product Manager at Shift, leading the company's AI product strategy during one of its most ambitious chapters. He operates across the full product spectrum — from generating ideas and talking with users, to designing, prototyping, and shipping code himself.
Beyond building products, Gustavo is deep in the organizational side of AI adoption. Pushing Shift to move faster, creating internal tooling, and driving the change management needed to evolve how product and engineering teams work together. He believes AI is collapsing traditional role boundaries, and he's living proof of it.
He brings hands-on experience developing AI products, a commercial eye for what moves the needle, and the range to go deep on any layer of the stack when it matters.
Outside of work, he recharges outdoors, such as camping, playing soccer, and tinkering in the maker-space.
