Cait Woodcock leads Shift’s customer support team and facilitates the company’s Customer Advisory Board, a board of real Shift users who provide feedback and insights in quarterly discussions.

She’s spent her career building the systems and processes that make human-first support scalable and successful. She holds a Master's degree in Experimental Digital Media from the University of Waterloo. Cait believes great support isn't just about closing tickets, it’s about the whole experience, it's about staying close to users and making sure their voices shape what gets built next.

When she’s not leading Shift’s support team, you can often find Cait with her hands busy in a fibre art project, her recent obsession is tapestry weaving.
