Ally Kuefler

Ally Kuefler is the Brand Manager of Impact & Sustainability at Redbrick, the parent company of Shift, where she works to embed globally recognized standards into how the business makes decisions, day to day and at a strategic level. She owns Redbrick's B Corp certification and annual GHG emissions reporting, driving transparency and accountability while positioning the company as a leader in social and environmental impact.

Beyond her role at Redbrick, Ally serves as a lead at TEDxVictoria, collaborating with others to bring bold, thought-provoking ideas to the stage that spark connection, curiosity, and community dialogue.
