Are your prices negotiable?

We love data. Our pricing is driven by data as we take into account what cars within the same parameters (year, make, model, trim, mileage) would sell around the area. Our prices are always below average dealership list prices. We don’t negotiate, up or down, and we’re very transparent about it all. When pricing cars, our team takes into consideration the retail, auction, private party and other markets in any given region. If the price does ever drop, we’ll be sure to notify you, but cannot guarantee that the car will still be available in the future.

Can I see multiple cars?

Is this car still available?

Our website is updated live. As long as the car is not listed as “Coming Soon”, “Sale Pending”, or “Sold” it is available for test drives.

Does Shift provide warranties?

Yes! Every Shift Certified car comes with a 30-day limited warranty, and all cars with a 7-day return guarantee. We also offer vehicle protection plans that provide comprehensive coverage for mechanical and electrical problems that may come up unexpectedly.
