For the 2022 model year, the VW Passat comes in six trim levels:
- SE — $28,000 MSRP
- 2.0T SE — $28,570 MSRP
- 2.0T R-Line — $30,570 MSRP
- R-Line — $30,000 MSRP
- Limited Edition — $31,290 MSRP
- 2.0T Limited Edition — $31,570 MSRP
The special Limited Edition model is to commemorate the Passat's final year in production. In honor of the vehicle's debut year, 1973 copies are set for manufacture, and 473 will feature a unique shade of metallic paint known as Racing Green and luxurious leather upholstery. The Limited Edition also has exclusive exterior styling cues, LED headlights, and 18-inch, 15-spoke wheels.
Along with that are a luxurious leather interior, heated seats front and rear, navigation, and a premium Fender audio system.
The SE is an especially appealing trim level. It has a reasonable price and many standard features like a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, USB ports, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, automatic climate control, heated front seats, and 17-inch wheels.
