From the full-size S Class luxury sedan to the AMG GT Coupe, Mercedes-Benz cars exhibit qualities that put them at the top of their respective segments.
With the popularity of midsize crossover SUVs, it’s no wonder that Mercedes developed their own formula for the class with the GLC 300.
What makes the GLC 300 4Matic SUV a good choice? Here’s our Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review with the details on what makes it an excellent midsize SUV.
Mercedes-Benz GLC price
For 2022, the MB GLC comes in a single variant, the GLC 300, with an MSRP of $44,900.
Standard features on the base GLC include parking damage detection, USB ports for second-row passengers, automatic high beams, a USB-C adaptive cable. If you opt for the premium package, it now has passive hands-free entry.
Starling Blue Metallic joins the list of available colors for those who want extra personalization.
Possibly the most significant option is deciding whether or not to go with Mercedes’ excellent AWD system, 4Matic, for an additional $2,000 or stick with the standard rear-wheel drive powertrain.
Besides that, other desirable options include packages that add driver assistance features, ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, and leather seating.
For those who want high performance and utility, Mercedes offers a series of AMG versions of the GLC with powerful engines and upgraded suspension systems. The AMG GLC 43, AMG GLC 63, and AMG GLC 63 S all utilize twin-turbo engines and tuned suspension for precision handling.

Along with its impressive horsepower and performance, the MB GLC also has good fuel economy. Rear-wheel-drive versions of the MB GLC obtain an EPA-rated 22 mpg city and 29 mpg highway, while those with 4Matic AWD return 21 mpg city and 28 mpg highway.
